As an End of Life Doula, I offer support to those who are either living with a terminal disease or looking after someone who is in this situation. I am qualified with Living Well, Dying Well and I am also certified by them to produce Advance Care plans including Advance Statements (Wishes and Preferences) and Advance Decisions to Refuse Treatment (ADRT)
I work alongside existing care providers to enhance the end of life experience for people who are dying at home, in a nursing or care home or in hospital by providing emotional, practical and spiritual support.

I am working in collaboration with Home Instead, Chichester And Bognor Regis to hold group Advance Care Planning sessions and End of Life Friends Sessions. Please note I am unable to offer Palliative Night Sits or Respite Sitting if you are a current client of Home Instead or have been within the past 12 months.
