The transition from being fully independent to accepting care can be difficult. Often people might need occasional help with certain activities but don’t have the need for regular daily or even weekly visits. This is where my Light Touch Support comes in.
You have a monthly visit, where we have a catch up, I can assist with any tasks you might have, we have a cuppa and chat about how things may be changing or any further support you might need. You can then book me for additional visits as and when needed*. I can also help you source regular care to suit your requirements if this need arises.
Care agencies often have minimum commitments from an hour a week upwards and costs can be upwards of £35 per hour so this service is a great intermediary for those new to care.

Pricing for Light Touch Support
Monthly – £25 including one, one hour visit
Additional visits – £22.50 per hour
Bank Holidays £27.50per hour by arrangement
* Timings subject to availability. This service is not suitable for people requiring regular timed personal care or medication visits.
